Every so often we have the privilege of filming at a venue that completely exceeds our expectations, and that’s exactly how we felt after capturing Katrina & Victorio’s beautiful wedding at Mondrian Ibiza in Cala Llonga.
As this was our very first wedding at the Mondrian, we weren’t quite sure what to expect. We had heard wonderful things, but experiencing a wedding here first-hand was something truly special. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this hotel has created something unique for couples looking to marry in Ibiza.

Located on the beautiful shores of Cala Llonga Bay, Mondrian Ibiza combines contemporary luxury with the relaxed spirit that makes Ibiza so special. One of our favourite parts of the venue has to be the ceremony terrace. Standing on the balcony overlooking Cala Llonga Bay as Katrina & Victorio exchanged their vows was simply breathtaking. The panoramic views across the bay created an unforgettable backdrop, while the relaxed atmosphere made the ceremony feel incredibly personal and intimate.
It has a wonderful energy about it—modern, elegant and effortlessly stylish—yet still warm and welcoming. It really captures everything couples dream of when planning a destination wedding in Ibiza.
Incredible Wedding Photography & Film Locations
One of the biggest advantages of getting married at Mondrian Ibiza is its location.
Just a short stroll from the hotel is the beautiful Cala Llonga Beach, giving couples an incredible variety of locations for their wedding photographs and films without needing to travel across the island.
For Katrina & Victorio’s portrait session, we explored the beach, the charming wooden jetty, the boats gently floating in the bay, the natural stone steps and the rugged rocks that frame the coastline. As the evening sun began to set, the golden Mediterranean light transformed every scene into something magical.
For us as Ibiza wedding videographers, it’s a dream location. Every corner offers another opportunity to create natural, cinematic moments that perfectly reflect the atmosphere of the day.

A huge mention also goes to Floral Dreams Ibiza, who created the stunning floral designs for Katrina & Victorio’s wedding.
From the beautiful bouquets to the elegant ceremony flowers, every arrangement complemented the surroundings perfectly and added another layer of romance to an already spectacular setting. Their attention to detail helped create an effortlessly stylish celebration that photographed beautifully throughout the day.
A Wedding We’ll Never Forget
There are some weddings that stay with you long after you’ve packed your cameras away, and this was definitely one of them.
Katrina & Victorio were an absolute joy to work with. Their relaxed personalities, genuine love for one another and the wonderful atmosphere created by their family and friends made the whole day feel incredibly special.
As filmmakers, that’s exactly what we love capturing—real emotion, genuine laughter and those little in-between moments that tell the true story of a wedding day.
We’re genuinely delighted to have filmed our first wedding at Mondrian Ibiza, and we sincerely hope it’s the first of many. If this wedding is anything to go by, we have no doubt the hotel will quickly establish itself as one of the island’s premier wedding venues.
